This place is amazing. I always join the waitlist before so I can get seated before arrival. Also, the servers are on top of it and make sure I have meats. They have delicious broths and meat. The veggies are always stocked. No complains! PS. Come customers go to the bathroom and don't wash their hands so careful with what you touch. Employees are clean, fast and welcoming.

I've come to this location more than 10 times and several of the other locations as well. This location is my favorite and it's consistently very good service. Most of the time there is a long wait but there's yelp check that you can use. For the food my favorite meats are two and three. I also like that you don't have to share a broth bowl with anybody else like the other Shabu places.

the service was so nice here. When I had a party for more than 12 people they already had it all ready. The food was great and the waiter kept asking us if we want more meat. The place was spot on clean and a perfect nice dinner place to enjoy with friends and family.

AYCE shabu with a self service bar to include seafood, veggie, and carbs. The self serve is kept super clean and continuously refilled, and fresh ingredients. The meat was good but sliced super thin so it was hard to differentiate between the different cuts. For me, what sets this chain apart from the other AYCE shabu is the self serve bar and service. The service here is too notch. The servers proactively come up to take meat orders, refill your broth, refill drinks, and clear table of empty plates. You're limited to 90 minutes but it's more than enough time.

There's plenty of parking available. The service is friendly and prompt. The establishment is clean and inviting. The food is delicious, offering a wide range of options including meats, seafood, and vegetables to enhance your soup.

Service 5 Stars - Our reservation was made for 12:00 pm and they were kind to accommodate to seat us as soon as majority of our party arrived! Everyone here was friendly and came by to check on us frequently! Ambiance 5 Stars - Clean, welcoming and spacious! Parking 5 Stars - Plenty of open parking spaces! Best shabu shabu in the area. My grandson loves this place. Servers are always polite

TLDR: It's a good place to introduce oneself to AYCE hotpot. You have enough choices where you won't get bored but also not overwhelmed. The self service area does a lot to keep things new and interesting, but it's obviously a way to minimize your meat orders. Lines are a risk on Friday and the weekends, so bigger parties need to come a bit earlier. It's unfortunately not as good as it used to be, but it's still okay. Pork broth: It's light, clean, and consistent. Taste wise, it's nothing too crazy and it relies on meat being boiled in it to really take 1-2 steps up. A solid choice for first timers. Sukiyaki: This was a bit on the flatter side for me. Palette cleanser for sure, but not as a main soup. Meats: I unfortunately can't tell one from the other apart from the beef belly, which my note for it is its fattiness. All the beef options are all good where you really can't single one out of superior over the other. Service: It's good. The staff made sure I always had meat on the table and my water was always topped up. Ambiance: It's clean. The noise levels are okay for a Friday night. The restaurant was spacious, which is important for people carrying food on both hands and people constantly standing up to head towards the buffet area.

We've been coming to Shabuya La Mirada for years now and have always had a pretty consistent good experience! We recently came on a Wednesday night and it was PACKED! Make sure you get on the yelp waitlist as soon as you're thinking about heading over, it can get lengthy! Right as we reached the top of the list, we checked in and were seated minutes later. The service was ON POINT even though it was busy! Meat was consistently being delivered and plates taken away quickly. The meat quality here is very consistent and hasn't changed in years which is great. We love the beef belly and some of the other beef options. We always end up getting the spicy broth as well which is not too spicy. Overall, this is a great location with plenty of parking, a large restaurant footprint with tables that aren't too close together and can accommodate large parties, and the overall atmosphere is great.
